ND Western, a Nigerian-registered company, has achieved an agreement of its acquisition of a 45% stake in OML 34, onshore Nigeria, from Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Total E&P Nigeria Ltd, and Nigeria Agip Oil Company.
It is expected that the final process would be concluded within the coming weeks.
ND Western Ltd. is a joint venture between Petrolin Trading Ltd. and Niger Delta Petroleum Resources Ltd.
